Assos are the technical equipment choice of the Swiss Cycling Federation and are market leaders in cycling clothing technology and accessories.
Assos needed a new online store-front for their official factory outlet with hard-hitting visual impact and most importantly a considered user experience that was designed to drive sales.
We built a vibrant but clean and usable ecommerce website (with a dedicated mobile counterpart) for the Official Assos Factory Outlet. To get the most out of the new website, we included a whole host of usability and conversion elements, including advanced filters to help users find what they want, areas promoting the huge amount of product info on offer, allowing for product customisation, collecting reviews, plus all of the other usual social, signup and blogging areas.

Immediately after launch in 2013, Assos Factory Outlet saw a 33% uplift in conversion and therefore online revenue. That made month 1 of our new website being live an all-time record month for sales!
This success has continued since launch, leading to Attain Design being reappointed to create the next iteration of the Official Assos Factory Outlet webstore, which launched in November 2015.
This second iteration has also performed at staggering levels. After an initial soft-launch period, the full site launch has made a massive impact on sales and customer satisfaction, resulting in an incredibly strong first weekend for sales and continuing commercial successes.
